Sidon Water Park is located under the sea behind the island of Sidon known as Zira and is close to the sunken city of Sidon, and is considered the largest water park in Lebanon. The Lebanese army presented a gift consisting of tanks, military vehicles, warplanes and old submarines, which the municipality of Sidon, in cooperation with the Friends of Zira Association, and Sidon Beach threw them at different depths, where weeds grow above them to become a safe haven for marine life and homes for fish of all kinds. Many tourists and diving enthusiasts come to Sidon to explore and dive in the water park from all over the world. And soon the curators of this water park intend to operate a submarine for those who wish to visit this park without diving in its waters.
