ملعب صيدا البلدي أو ما يعرف باسم ملعب الرئيس الشهيد رفيق الحريري يقع عند مدخل صيدا الشمالي مباشرة على طول الشاطئ الصيداوي. الملعب متعدد الاستخدام اذ يتم اقامة العديد من النشاطات الفنية والثقافية والمباريات الرياضية المحلية والعربية والاجنبية بداخله خصوصًا كرة القدم. الملعب كبير جدًا اذ يمكن جلوس أكثر من 22,600 شخص داخله. هذا الملعب هو للجميع فهو مساحة للتلاقي والتفاعل والتنافس الرياضي. بالاضافة الى انه يضم الآن ملعبين آخرين لكرة القدم المصغرة وملعب لكرة السلة. الى جوانب الملعب يوجد فسحة كبيرة ياتي اليها الصيداويين كبارًا كانوا أم صغارًا بشكل يومي لاعتبارها منفس لهم ومساحة مفتوحة وآمنة للقاء ولعشاق الركض والمشي (مع حيوانهم الأليف أو بدونه فهي أيضًا تعتبر منفذ للحيوانات الأليفة) وركوب الدراجات والرولر سكيت وللعب بالكرة وممارسة هواية صيد الأسماك على الحاجز الصخري المحيط بالملعب من الجانب الغربي والجانب الجنوبي. بالاضافة الى الجلوس على الصخر فقط وتأمل جمال البحر وغروب الشمس الدافئة وسط أحاديث لا منتهية. والآن نجد أيضًا من يبحثون عن جمع رزقهم فيأتون الى الساحة الخارجية لهذا الملعب لبيع المياه الباردة التي تنعش قلوب الناس من حر الشمس بالاضافة الى بائعي الترمس والفول والذرة وغزل البناة حيث تتهافت اليهم الأطفال للشراء منهم. وهناك من يبيع الألعاب والطائرات الورقية التي تتميز بألوانها الرائعة الجميلة وأشكالها المختلفة.
