The visitor to the town of Salhia can only notice this urban development that it is witnessing, and it includes the housing and trade sectors. As well as in terms of attracting investments and urban, commercial and tourism projects.

لا يمكن للزائر لبلدة الصالحية الا ان يلاحظ هذا التطور العمراني الذي تشهده ويشمل قطاعي السكن والتجارة ، فكلاهما يجسدان اهمية الدور الذي تمثله الصالحيـة مـن حيـث التنوع الوطني الـذي تضمـه بـيـن أهـال ومقيمين ، ومن حيث موقعها كنقطة تواصل رئيسية بين منطقتي صيدا وجزين وبين شمال المنطقتين وجنوبهما، وكذلك مـن حيـث استقطابها للإستثمارات والمشاريع العمرانية والتجارية والسياحية.

ورغم ذلك تجدها في الوقت نفسه محافظة على طابعها التراثي والريفي كبلدة زراعيـة تتنفـس مـن حقـول الزيتون والأكـيدنيـا ومـن المساحات الخضراء التـي عـرف المجلس البلدي برئاسة الأستاذ نقولا اندراوس كيف يجعل منها واحـة للتواصل وللتلاقي والتفاعل بين ابناء المنطقة ككل . واضعـا هـذه المقومات التي تمتـاز بـهـا البلـدة ومـا تقـوم بـه البلدية من عملية تحديث دائم لبناهـا التحتية والفوقية وتطوير لخدماتها في تصرف السكان والمقيمين والمستثمرين والمشاريع العمرانية التي تساهم بالتالية تنميته والنهوض بمرافقها كافـة وتثبيت اهلها في ارضهـم .
