Benafoul is located in the Sidon district, at an average altitude of 300 m above sea level, at a distance of 56 km from Beirut, and 17 km from Sidon. Or Sidon-invasive-Qanarit.

It is bordered to the southeast by the town of Houmein al-Tahta, to the southwest by the villages of Janglaya and Quneitra, to the west by the town of Qanarit, and to the northwest by the towns of Anqoun and Zita. Its land area is 341 hectares. Cultivation: citrus and grape vines.

تقع بنعفول في قضاء صيدا على متوسط ارتفاع 300 م عن سطح البحر، وعلى مسافة 56 كلم عن بيروت, و17 كلم عن صيدا، يمكن الوصول للبلدة من خلال عدة طرق- طريق صيدا-درب السيم- مغدوشة-عرنابا-زيتا. أو صيدا-الغازية-قناريت.

يحدها من الجنوب الشرقي بلدة حومين التحتا ومن الجنوب الغربي قرية جنجلايا وقرية القنيطرة ومن الغرب بلدة قناريت ومن الشمال الغربي بلدة عنقون وبلدة زيتا. مساحة أراضيها 341 هكتاراً. زراعاتها: حمضيات وكروم عنب.
